Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this White IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Centennial hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name. (Description provided by company)

Break the Chain this spring!
Pours out a cloudy and pale yellow, with a stark white and full two fingers of a long lasting and tight head.
Lots of bright citrus (lemon, orange) and a more earthy background. Some bright, crisp pale and wheat malt aromas also give it a refreshing character. Flavors are nicely balanced, with the citrusy flavors bright and up front and the coriander and light bitterness toward the finish. Nicely carbonated as well - tingly but not too watery.
A wheat IPA that manages to balance the lighter wheat flavors with a little bit of hop bitterness - Deschutes Chainbreaker is a great beer for the beginning of spring.
