A good background beer
I poured the bottle of Native Lager into a glass. It came out the same color but slightly clearer than the pear juice inside canned pears and a head that disappeared before the beer bottle returned to the countertop. This looks a lot like a hard cider with champagne-like bubbles and a slight haze.
It aroma is very light with light citrus notes and cracker. The taste is grass and yeast with minimal aftertaste. Light bodied without being watery. This is a strong candidate for an all day summer lager.
