Quasimodo is inspired by the best of Belgium, specifically the brothers of the cloth devoted to the brewing arts. A classic, full-bodied quadrupel ale - for us, it is the measure of brewing perfection. Dark, savory and fruity, yet with a dry, bittersweet finish enhanced with traditional Belgian candy sugar, Quasimodo is dangerously drinkable. Re-fermented in the bottle and naturally carbonated, it can ring your bells now… or years from now. (Description provided by company)

Quasimodo? More like Quadimodo
3 Taverns' Quasimodo is a Belgian quad. It pours a deep and clean brownish-red with a thick bubbly head and a constant little bit of head retention. Strong alcohol notes in the nose, along with some dark fruit and a little bit of nuttiness. The flavor is strong and sweet, with a slightly dry finish. It compliments the up-front sweetness well. This is a big beer with a lot of great quad flavor. While not quite as good as its bourbon barrel aged sibling, it's still well worth your time.
