Rich and sweet bock
Moon Glow is amber with a ton of tiny bubbles rising within. A pinky thick, fizzy, white head spread sheets on the glass but the lacing never clung long to the glass.
Sweet fruits (apple, apricot, pear), honey, and toast when I smell. The fruit aromas are quite rich and pleasant.
I don't know that I've had a weisenbock before, but Moon Glow tastes a lot like a dubbel to me. Caramelized sugar, fruits, and some citrus on the finish
Found this to be quite tasty.
