Rich maltiness
Yazoo Spring Seasonal Helles Bock poured a drak gold with a hint of beige foam that disappeared a few seconds after the empty bottle hit the counter. Maybe my bottle was quirky, but I did not get much carbonation, which made it look kinda dull in the pilsner glass. Aroma is very faint caramel. Bread, caramel, and a hint of herbs are what I taste. This is going to work as a refresher as I sit outside this warm afternoon, but I'm not finding much here to make me want more.
