Intended to be our DIPA, our grain crush wasn't quite right for this one, but the final product was one we didn't want to keep from sharing.
With an hop profile of 122 IBU's, it's hoppy, but very smooth.
This is a double dry hopped version of our original HopNaughty IPA.
This leads to a bigger hop aroma and a little extra bitterness.
This is a full on stout.
Brewed with roasted malts, this stout is dark yet smooth.
Malt Forward Ale With A Crisp Lingering Honey Finish.
Dense head.
Coppery hops.
Orange Blossom Honey added post fermentation to give that sweet citrus honey finish.
A Nut Brown Ale with a biscuity/bready malt profile and a taste of caramel/chocolate specialty malts. Hops lend to the taste profile without overpowering. (Description provided by company)

An Irish Red Ale that strays from the norm with a handful of extra hops that you wouldn't expect yet compliments it well.
